I soldered the wires to the charging module to the power supply board. I also soldered the network wire. The fuse was on a separate kerchief, it was installed in the gap of the track. In the photo it is black, soldered from the soldering side.

The charging module was fixed with a piece of PVC and an aluminum bracket. Soldered the output wires straight away.

To fix the power supply board, I made PVC fasteners. I made holes and screwed in self-tapping screws.

I screwed the board with fasteners. Holds tight and does not move anywhere. The wire fits neatly into place.

I connect the power supply and the charging module. The current is about 0.5 ampere, no thick wires are needed.

The wire was fixed with a clamp.

Let’s check the operation of the device. When the battery is installed, when the charge is in progress, the blue LED is on.

The red LED indicates the end of the charge. Also lights up red when the device is plugged in.
