How to cut porcelain tile at home. Electric tile

How to cut tile without any cutting tools | DIY easy way to cut tile without any tool

Features of the material

Porcelain stoneware is made by pressing a mixture of clay, quartz sand, a field spar and other minerals with the subsequent high.temperature firing.

The result is a dense material with a meager amount of pores and the highest hardness. 7. 8 units on the Moos scale.

For comparison: Corundum has the same hardness (sapphire and ruby include this variety of minerals), only diamonds and some other materials have a large indicator.

This feature makes porcelain.resistant porcelain, even with the most intense loads, but at the same time very difficult to process.

The problem is aggravated by the fragility of the material: with careless actions on the front side, chips appear. Therefore, the issue of choosing a tool for cutting porcelain tiles is very important.

How to cut porcelain tiles

The methods of processing this material are primarily divided into two types. Each of them has its own indications for use.

Manually

Running manual tools are justified with small volumes of work. Owners of apartments and houses usually resort to it, who decided to carry out repairs on their own.

Electric tool

A professional has to cut porcelain tiles in large volumes, because he cannot do without power tools.

The composition of porcelain tiles

This is a multicomponent material that is based on. quartz sand, quartz, field spat, kaolin. The mixture hardens under the influence of high temperatures and turns into a very strong and strong tile. Production technology is being improved every year. The material becomes thinner, while the strength indicators only increase.

Porcelain stoneware in terms of wear resistance and strength is divided into 5 degrees:

The first is the lowest strength. It is mainly used as a floor covering of housing premises with minimal influences;

The second and third is the average indicator of strength and wear resistance. Actively used for styling in the kitchen, bathroom, hallway;

The fifth and fourth are the strongest porcelain stoneware that is used in public places. To break or split such material is almost impossible.

To avoid common mistakes, dust in the eyes and fragments under the feet, selecting a tool for cutting porcelain tiles must be based on the features of the material.

Methods of cutting porcelain tiles at home

Simple and optimal tool for use at home. The uncomplicated device consists of a bed, guides, cutting roller and special blades that hold the tiles during operation.

The video makes a deep incision along which the tile easily breaks. For a break to occur in the right place, the video should be sharp, and the runners are greased. Otherwise, the incision will turn out to be uneven, and the plate may break in an arbitrary direction.

Mechanical tile cutter cannot cope with embossed tiles and with the bounds covered. Over time, a mechanical tool may have a backlash, due to which the incision will be uneven, respectively, cracks may go when cracking. If this is the first or last row of tiles, you can hide irregularities behind the plinth.

Unlike a mechanical counterpart, an electric tool is more reliable and makes an perfectly uniform incision even on subtle porcelain tiles. The equipment consists of a base, a diamond circle for cutting, guides, water supply systems and an electric engine.

Water is necessary to avoid overheating of tiles and dust formation. Depending on the model of tile cutter, the water supply can be automated or manual. Water must be changed after cutting 10-12 plates, otherwise the diamond circle will deteriorate. At the end of the work, the cutting tool is thoroughly washed and dried.

With the help of electric tile cutter, you can make a figure cut, but not a circular. Convenient tool for home use, easily cuts the bathroom tile and porcelain tile. The process is fast, with minimal risks of damage to the canvas.

Cut the tiles without tile cutter methods and nuances

Ceramic or porcelain tiles are very solid facing materials similar in many properties to glass. Therefore, the methods of cutting it will be similar. The same glass cutter, but it is worth immediately warning that not all material can be equally cut off even in this way.

For example, a tile with a relief structure will be a difficult task and sometimes even overwhelming and for glass cutter.

The main task of the Reza is that its cut.out side remains even and there are no chips. Often the trimmed edge is located under the baseboard or closed with vertical tiles, in which case you can not be worried at all, but to take a corner grinder with a diamond cutting circle boldly. But with this tool you should be neat, since you can cut off with a lot of chips.

Consider the most effective methods on how to cut tiles without tile cutter and with minimal marriage. Regardless of what you use to perform cut, drill a tile, you should always be extremely neat and not make sudden movements. You can accidentally move the workpiece and break the thin element. It is especially dangerous when it is M-shared and one side is thicker than the other.

It is also important to provide the necessary conditions for such work. They consist in reliable fixation of the material so that he does not vibrate and does not twitch during its processing.

Is it possible to cut the tile without tile cutter?

Given many ways of cutting ceramic and even ceramic tiles, to the question of whether it is possible to cut tiles without the use of glass cutter, we will answer directly, you can. But the quality of the cut in all cases will be different, which also depends on the hands of the master who will perform this procedure.

You should also adhere to technology. For example, when working with solid facing materials and using a corner grinder with a disk, it is recommended to use water cooling. This will increase the speed and quality of the cut at times.

How to cut a porcelain tile angular grinder

The work begins by the fact that on the surface of the tiles they draw a fishing line for a trimmer, according to which they will perform a cut. For this purpose, use a special damn with a carbide tower or a very thin marker.

The tiles are placed on a flat surface and fixed with a clamp or tightly pressed to the surface. It is recommended to use a substrate, for example, a plywood sheet or a wood-piece plate.

The cut is performed on the front side. Thus, it turns out that most of the marriage and chips will be on the back side. A disk for tiles on a corner grinder is carried out in the direction of it, each time deepening at 1?2 mm. It is recommended to deviate a little from the line because the diamond circle in the process of “eats” several millimeters of tiles. It is advisable to do it with one smooth movement, avoiding jerks and slowing down at the edge.

If there is an assistant, then he can with the help of a vacuum cleaner removes dust and garbage, in abundance formed during dry cutting.

When processing porcelain tile, corner grinder must strictly observe the safety rules. You can not remove a protective casing from a corner grinder, use circles of inappropriate diameter, as well as work without personal protective equipment: glasses, respirator, gloves.

Cutting with a jigsaw

This method will also require considerable effort and is rather suitable for modest volumes of tiles designed for cutting. Unlike alternative methods, this option involves sawing ceramic granite. By the way, knowledge of how to cut porcelain tiles with a jigsaw will allow you to perform similar operations with a hacksaw for metal. In addition to patience, you should stock up on interchangeable cutting canvases, which will surely require work with dense material.

First of all, it is necessary to fix the file. According to the intended line on the tile, it should be drawn in a jigsaw so that the maximum smooth cut is formed. To exclude the likelihood of overheating of the tool, it is also necessary to moisten the material. This is how the electric model works, but there are also manual jigsaws, which, with appropriate dexterity and efforts, allow you to create accurate and even curly cuts. Again, the main thing is to use the files suitable for specific purposes or diamond wires. Of course, the cutting procedure will take a lot of time, but this is one of the best examples that demonstrate how to cut porcelain tiles at home with maximum accuracy. This method is especially useful if you need to create curved cuts in wall tiles for the further implementation of electrical devices.

How to cut tiles without tile cutter

In the production of various construction work, it is often the need to cut ceramic tiles at home often arises on your own. To do this, it is not at all necessary to have a professional tool. tile cutter. We’ll make a reservation right away: it will not be about constant work and large volumes, but about small batches or generally piece products. In such cases, buying an expensive tool does not make sense, it is quite possible to do with improvised means.

  • Cut in a straight line. In this case, it is necessary to distinguish where the cut goes. If less than 2 cm remains to the edge from the cut line, then such a cut can be attributed to a curly;
  • Round holes in the tile of various diameters;
  • Curly clippings;
  • Mosaic elements. If there are requirements for accurate geometric shapes, then this type also refers to curly clippings. Otherwise, this is actually crushing tiles into pieces. Products are placed in a bag and with a heavy tool (hammer, sledgehammer) are crushed to the desired proportions. The exception may not be ceramic tiles.

Methods of cutting tiles

The methods given are mainly suitable in order to cut tiles at home. But also applicable or limited applicable to other types of tiles. You can cut the tiles without tile cutter in the following ways:

Corner grinding machine (angular grinder)

Generally speaking, this is a universal tool. As the masters used to cut the house with the help of one ax, so now with the help of one corner grinder they can cut out anything. The author was a witness, as a flat round hole was cut with a diameter of 5 cm.

note! The method is suitable for direct, curly species and in the presence of minimal skills of handling a tool of curvilinear lines of any configuration.

  • Corner grinder. Any power and any kind;
  • Cutting circle (on stone or diamond);
  • Protective helmet or glasses (required);
  • Protective completely closed suit and mitten (recommended);
  • Respirator (recommended);
  • Clamp. Additionally in some cases (clamp or vise).

Previously marked tiles, preferably with scratching the line with any sharp tool. In extreme cases, the line is allowed by the construction marker. During work, a lot of dust is formed and the marked lines can be erased when it is removed.

Direct small sections along the edges of the tiles can be drawn by laying the tiles on a flat surface on the table or on the floor. First cut the surface a few millimeters. With such an operation of its own severity of tiles and friction strength, there is enough for the product to hold on the spot. With deeper passages, you can additionally step on the edge or hold the assistant. With curly cuts, it is better to attach the product with a clamp to the countertop or fix it in a vice, having previously placed pieces of cardboard or dense fabric under the lips.

Advice! Put a plywood segment under the product to avoid damage to the surface of the table or floor.

  • Along the outer edge, the marks are held several times along the entire length. In one pass, they deepen to 3 mm. Repeat the operation until the result is achieved;
  • With small segments, up to 2 cm long, immediately for the entire thickness;
  • Marking is applied to both sides. A surface cut (up to 3 mm) is carried out on the front side). Then cut from the back (up to 3 mm per pass) until the goal is reached. This method avoids random damage to the front side with a cutting tool.

It is recommended to be used for complex cuts: at the edges or curvilinear. The fact is that with this method there is a lot of dust, the consumption of the cutting canvas, temporary costs and labor costs. The usual straight line for the trimmer can be cut off in much simpler ways.

If there is no tile cutter, no corner grinder, then an electrician may turn out to be available. Underestimated by many tools!

note! Similarly, you can use a hand jigsaw with a file on a stone. But the speed of sawing will be an order of magnitude lower.

  • Electric. Any power;
  • Stone on stone;
  • Protective glasses (recommended).

It saws in the usual way. Too rounded cuts to cut it problematic, the file gets stuck. It is not a fat (wall) tile that is not sawn well. Sprinking floor porcelain tile in this way is very difficult. For slight relief, it is proposed to first soak the material.

It is recommended to use, if necessary, cut out curved segments with large radius of curvature.

Glass cutter or any pointed tool

In this way you can cut exclusively tiles. And only in a straight line. Another restriction. parts should not be less than 2 cm wide.

  • Glass cutter. Instead of glass cutter, you can use any tool with a pointed cutting edge. It is desirable that the cutting tool is made of solid materials: diamond, win, etc.D. As an example of cutting tools: core, spear.shaped cord, household knife and so on;
  • Metal ruler or any direct metal rail. In extreme cases, from any material. But then you will need to very carefully scratch the fishing line for the trimmer of the cut, since the ruler can be cut and the scratch will go aside on the tile.

In order for the cut to get a clear without chips and leaving the scratch should be applied carefully. It is enough to scratch the upper, glossy layer.

Advice! When applying risks to pay attention to the beginning and end of the scratch. Often at the very beginning and at the very end of the scratch it turns out not deep enough. This is due to insufficient pressure and psychology. At the very beginning, we just try on and the pressure is weakened. At the very end, acceleration occurs and risk “lubricated”. This can lead to a break in these places will go aside.

When applying risks with a knife, several passes are made to get a deep scratch.

The application of scratches depends on the hardness and severity of the tool used. If the tool is sufficiently solid and sharpened (glass cutter with a sharp roller, a spear.shaped sharpened winning drill and t.D.), then one passage with good effort is enough. If the tool is blurred or made of soft material (economic knife), then several passes will be required. Ultimately, the groove should go deeper below the glossy layer.

  • About an even sharp corner. Take tiles with two hands from different sides from risks. The blow apply sharp from distance 5.10 cm about the angle from the back of the product. Before this, it is good to aim so that the blow came, as accurately as possible at the place of fault. The angle can be any, the main thing is that it is sharp and solid (metal corner, wooden beam). It is desirable for convenience that the corner towers above the surface of 10 centimeters by 10. Otherwise, there is a possibility when hitting the surface with your hand, the blow will go to the side and the tile will break not at risk;
  • On a solid rod. The tile lies on a long hard rod with the back of. Then sharply pressed on both sides with two hands. The rod can be any. even, with a diameter of about 8 to 15 mm (drill, round pencil, etc.D.). It is desirable that the length is at least 2/3 of the length of the fault. You can break out parts, and not through the entire length of the tiles;
  • Between the clamps. The method is suitable both for breaking through the entire tile, and for breaking out large parts. The approaches are different, but the essence is one. It is required to fix the product between two clamps at the place of fault. It can be two barbells or thick plywood. You can make a small machine: to fasten two sheets of plywood at one end with self.tapping screws, the tile is placed inward, spreading them with an effort. The main thing is that even sharp edges and accuracy of the installation of the material on the trimmer risks are provided. After installation, additionally clamp the structure with our own weight and sharply press on the protruding edge.

How manual tile?

Titty cutter. a tool on which there are runners (guides). a crown with a steel roller from a hard alloy moves along them. On this base and put tiles for cutting.

porcelain, tile, home, electric

Models may differ in modification. For example, there are tile cutters with additional. a device that allows you to make round holes.

Before buying, you should also find out from the seller which tile cutter to choose for porcelain tile. The fact is that some models are suitable only for thin ceramic tiles.

Is it possible to cut porcelain tiles with a manual tile

Porcelain tile is a durable material, therefore, the tile cutter must have special characteristics. For a large amount of work, it is better to use electric tile cutter. With a manual tool, a lot of porcelain tiles are problematic to cut. However, you can do this. There are secrets of cutting tile tiles with a tile of increased strength:

  • For porcelain tiles, a tile cutter of particularly strong steel and high.quality cutter is suitable. Typically, such manual models are professional. Simple tile tiles for tiles in this situation will not work.
  • Even a high.quality manual instrument of porcelain tiles is difficult to cut. Titting cutter is used in a small volume of work.
  • Only direct incisions on porcelain tiles are made by manual tools. over, the thickness of the workpiece should be within 7-15 mm.

Good manual tile cutter for porcelain tile is expensive. This is his big minus. A cheap tool should not even try to make a cut. About porcelain tiles, a cutter is faster. The video will have to be changed more often.

Features of the material

Raw materials consisting of clay, kaolin, quartz sand, field spar and mineral additives are pressed under high pressure and then sinter at high temperatures. The resulting material has practically no pores and has a firmness of equal hardness of corundum (7. 8 on the Moos scale). Inferior in firmness to only a few materials, such as diamond, sapphire, ruby and so on. At the same time, thin tiles (3 mm and thinner) are quite fragile.

note! Cutting the material of such hardness will not turn out with hand glass cutters, stone canvases and electrician. They can only be used as an auxiliary tool.

Consider two methods of cutting tiles at home. The methods have restrictions that will be discussed below, as well as ways to circumvent these restrictions. Acceptable results can be achieved, but it is better to cut porcelain tiles on professional equipment. Only he will give a guaranteed result for an acceptable time with a relatively large amount of work.

How To Cut Porcelain Tile-using a tile cutter

Cutting corner grinding

Corner grinding machine (angular grinder). a universal tool for cutting and processing many materials. Due to its universality, it does not apply to specifications. In the household, with the help of a corner grinder, you can solve many issues.

In order to cut off porcelain tiles, almost any corner grinder is suitable. There is no need for high power. A small, light tool is even preferable to use. The turns are more important, not the power. A powerful tool will cut the tile faster, but just the speed here can affect negatively. it will turn out less carefully.

The main issue is the selection of a cutting circle. It is the choice of a circle that should be paid special attention. And this is not about the landing size (it is granted).

Choosing a cutting disk

The material is cut only with diamond discs. Diamond discs produce two types: solid and segment. To obtain the best results, it is recommended to try to make cuts with different cuts. For cutting porcelain tiles, there are features when using both continuous and segmented discs:

    Continuous are positioned by manufacturers mainly for “wet” cutting. T.e. for cutting with water cooling or special liquids. And are not used for cutting without cooling, as they can quickly fail. However, when is the task of obtaining a cut with as few chips as possible, it is a continuous disk that can be better suited. This is situational and largely dependent on the specific material (quality, thickness, relief, etc.) that is processed;

In addition to the type, the discs are characterized by a whole set of parameters: the density of diamond spraying, the height of the cutting edge, the thickness of the disk, etc. It is better to follow the recommendations of disk manufacturers. The discs themselves usually indicate for what purposes they are used.

For cut with manual corner grinding, disks less than 2.0 mm thick are not acceptable. The height of the cutting edge should be greater than the thickness of the tile (affects the cleanliness of the cut).

Advice! Check the condition of the disk in front of each cut. With any deviations, the disk changes, otherwise the risk of chips increases.

  • Put the marking to the tile. For this, it is best to use a construction marker.
  • Tile on a flat surface. In some cases, it will be more convenient to fix the tile to the surface with clamps or fix it in the workbench.
  • To obtain an even cut, you can additionally strengthen with clamps along the cut line the metal strip. Then it will be necessary to cut along it.
  • Cutting is carried out on the front side, since the output is the largest number of chips. You can do a double cut. First draw a small furrow on the front side, and make the main cut on the back. This method will minimize damage to the front surface.
  • If there are no strict requirements for the cut, then you can not saw it to the end. Having made cuts, break the stove with your hands.
  • It is recommended to lead the tool, starting from yourself.
  • Additionally polish the slice if necessary.

Do not forget about safety precautions, in the video below, the author remarkably described how to work safely with a corner grinder:

General recommendations

Applying a corner grinder, it is imperative to use protective equipment:

  • a suit that covers the legs and arms;
  • protective glasses (preferably a mask);
  • protective gloves or mittens;
  • respirator (with a significant amount of work is required).
  • The ability to cut an element of almost any shape. For figure cut, good skills in working with tools are needed;
  • The possibility of cutting the tiles already laid in place;
  • The accessibility of the tool.
  • traumatic hazard;
  • It is very difficult to get geometrically accurate cuts;
  • a large complexity of obtaining a clean cut without chips;
  • low speed of work;
  • A large amount of dust and noise.

With the help of corner grinder, it will not be possible to get the perfect slice the first time. To obtain accurate cuts without chips, they cut with an indent from the line of 2-5 mm. Then bring to the desired sizes with grinding. This is a rather time.consuming operation and takes a lot of time, therefore it is recommended to be carried out only with elements that will be in a prominent place.

Or use the trick, as in the video below:

There is only an electric tile for porcelain tile. There is no specialized manual tile cutter for porcelain tile. But for these purposes, you can use hand.made tiles of good quality. The cheap suitable tool is most likely to be found, and when using one at the output there will be simply broken tiles.

A good bed with a powerful stiffness rib. Otherwise, during the fault of the stanch tile, the tile will break down on the line;

  • Lack of backlash in a carriage (usually depends on the thickness of the guides). As you use over time, it begins to play any manual tile cutter. Therefore, it is not recommended to use old, unverified;
  • The thicker the tile, the thicker the diameter of the cutting roller should be;
  • The carriage should have a smooth move. This is achieved by special bearings. The smoothness of the course can also have a honeymoon, but from the experience of use it is not for long and unstable, t.e. Once it swept smoothly, but the next guarantees are not there.

Technology

  • Mark the tile, it is recommended to use a construction marker.
  • Put the tiles on the tile cut through the line.
  • Gently draw a fishing line for a trimmer from yourself with a light pressure. At the same time, it is important to maintain the same pressure effort throughout the line. Important! According to the porcelain border, the feature is carried out once. Conducting several features is unacceptable. Otherwise, a fault may go through the line.
  • Install the paw on the tile and break the line by pressing.
  • Polish the slice if necessary.

Little tricks

All methods are not exhausted by these two ways. With their help, you can get an acceptable result of any sections at home. Round holes in the material are made by a conventional tool without special nuances: drill with solid.melodious spraying, ballerinas, crowns. The only difference is that due to the hardness of the material, the cutting tool will fail faster.

To solve the tile laying problem, you can use the complex approach:

  • The most easily tile is cut with a manual tile cutter. The main mass of tiles is recommended to cut it;
  • Tiles with cut faces, closed with skirting boards or overlays. In this case, it will be enough to use manual tile cutter or corner grinder (in limited cases);
  • There are little tiles with an accurate fitting. Adjust with grinding;
  • Put all the whole tiles. Depending on the existing tool, fit the tiles that are closed with skirting boards and overlays. The remaining elements are accurately measured and mark on the tile. Either rent a professional tile cutter, or take it to the nearest construction company with such equipment and cut.

Advice! If you need repair masters, there is a very convenient service for their selection. Just send in the form below a detailed description of the works that need to be completed and offers will come to you with with from construction brigades and firms. How to cut and how to avoid chips on porcelain tiles at home

The need to cut porcelain tile occurs in situations when it is required to cut the tile into the desired size when laying floors, facing walls, stairs and various surfaces in the rooms. Since this material is characterized by increased hardness, it is not easy to work with it. For this, various tools and devices are used.

Porcelain tiles appeared on the building materials market relatively recently, but has already gained great popularity due to its high operational qualities, combining the properties of natural stone and ceramics. This tile material is obtained by dry pressing of a homogeneous mixture consisting of quartz sand, illyte clay, kaolin, field spar and mineral dyes. The final appearance of the porcelain tile acquires after firing in special furnaces at high temperature (1200 1300 ° C).

The material has the following characteristics:

  • high hardness-7-8 e. on the scale of Moos (corresponds to Corunda);
  • strength;
  • wear resistance and durability;
  • hygiene and ease of care;
  • antistatic;
  • low water absorption;
  • resistance to aggressive environments;
  • environmental friendliness;
  • frost resistance;
  • refractory.

Due to the almost complete absence of pores, extremely high strength and other features, the material is hard to process the material. It is recommended to use a specialized tool for cutting porcelain tiles, which allows you to get even quality cut.

Than cutting porcelain tiles?

There are 2 types of processing of porcelain tile: mechanical and non.gydroish. The choice of the method is determined by the nature and configuration of the cut, the thickness of the tile, as well as the quality of the sections.

The first type involves the use of a tile cutter (electric or manual), an angular grinding machine, an electric jigsaw, a circular saw, glass cutter, etc. Methods of processing mechanical tools are divided into dry and wet. The technology of cutting with a wet method involves the supply of water to the cutting zone to cool the cutting disk from overheating and removing dust particles.

In a dry method, the cutting element and the surface of the tiles are not moistened. Mechanical sharp is difficult to achieve good quality sawing without chips and cracks. It is preferable to perform simple straight cuts and cuts under 45 degrees with such a tool.

Figure cutting of porcelain tile is most often carried out in non.melting methods: hydro.carbraneing, laser, etc. Using these methods, it is possible to accurately withstand all sizes and get an even cut. It is possible to obtain figured products with complex configuration and various cuts. The tiles cut are carried out on special industrial machines requiring a well.trained and experienced personnel.

Cutting at home, porcelain tiles are most conveniently convenient for a corner grinder, since it is a universal tool and is available in every house. Special diamond cutting discs are used to process stone. The thickness of the cutting circle should be at least 2 mm, and the height of the working edge should be slightly larger than the thickness of the tile.

Any angle grinder is suitable, but it is more convenient to work with a small apparatus. Power does not matter, t. to. better cut at low speed. The tool will cope with the tile material of any thickness, it is possible to produce both direct and curly cuts. When using a corner grinder, it should be understood that high quality cannot be achieved. It will be necessary to add the edges additionally. During cutting, a large number of fragments and dust particles are formed, and it is difficult to process a lot of tiles with this unit.

  • Marking is applied to the glazed side;
  • the tile is placed on a flat flat surface (it is recommended to fix it with a clamp);
  • Gently make cut, deepening by 1 passage by no more than 3 mm;
  • Several times go about the cut;
  • The tool should be moved slowly and carefully, you do not need to additionally press on it, t. to. Enough the weight of the angle grinding;
  • The resulting chips are polished with a file or sandpaper.

Corner grinder is considered extremely traumatic equipment, so when working with it it is necessary to observe safety precautions and use personal protective equipment (plastic glasses or mask, protective gloves, respirator).

Circular saw and electric

In fairly large quantities, cutting porcelain tiles for the floor can be a circular saw. For work, it is necessary to use a cutting circle with diamond spraying. After marking, the product is laid on the work surface, then neatly move towards the rotating cutting disk. Only direct cuts are made by this tool. Using the circular requires extreme attentiveness and caution, t. to. Porcelain stoneware moves manually directly in the cutting zone.

To cut this solid tile, an electric jigsaw can be used, which allows both direct cuts and complex figurative processing. For work with porcelain tiles, you need to change the file for a diamond thread.

  • the cut is performed according to the marking applied with a pencil;
  • To facilitate cutting, the product is moisturized;
  • It is necessary to constantly blow the formed dust from the working area, so the quality of the cut will be better;
  • You need to move the tool slowly and carefully, carefully monitoring the processing of the edges of the tiles (chips are possible).

The cutting of the tile material with a jigsaw is rarely performed, t. to. a certain skill of possession of this tool is needed.

Mechanical and electric tile
