After cutting the plate, make a couple of through holes on its edges. The diameter of the through holes you just made should be slightly larger than the diameter of the screw you took. Then we bend the plate so that it takes the shape of the motor. After that put the plate on the motor, put them on the handle so that the holes on the plate coincide with the hole on the handle. We insert and tighten the nut, but for a stronger clamping it is necessary to use metal washers.
After that we put the chuck on the motor gearbox shaft. Such a chuck can be easily found in Chinese online stores for relatively small money.
Then we proceed to assembling the electronic stuffing. For the beginning let’s take some not large plastic container (plastic because plastic is quite easy to work with). On the container taken a small number of holes should be made to install the switch and the lead wire (see. the photo below).
Now let’s deal with the switch. Two jumpers should be soldered to the switch. Disassemble the battery
