Equipment
All VIKING rear exhaust mowers are equipped with a grass catcher with integrated fill indicator. As soon as the indicator is lowered, it is time to empty the grass catcher. (See illustration).
The bodies of VIKING lawnmowers and aerators are made of high-quality impact-resistant, thermo- and UV-resistant polymer.
The knife creates a powerful air flow in the aerodynamic body, lifting grass before mowing and blowing the cut grass into the grass catcher through an integrated duct system. A beautifully cut and clean lawn is guaranteed (see illustration).
Thanks to the downwardly directed air holes and the closed cover of the grass catcher, the mowed grass and dust do not fly up. The built-in grass catcher fill indicator will let you know when it is time to empty it. A two-part grass collector makes opening and emptying easier.
If you remove the grass catcher and insert a mulching wedge, the mower will work in mulching mode. In this case, the mowed grass is crushed and evenly distributed on the surface of the lawn. Throw it away is not necessary. This saves time and at the same time the lawn receives moisture and nutrients (see illustration).
Double bearing wheels are extremely reliable and durable. The drive wheels are equipped with tires with a profile that provides good traction and directional stability.
Height-adjustable handle folds quickly without using a tool.
Two handles for carrying are integrated in the housing. They allow you to quickly unload and tip the lawn mower. They can be used as fixing eyes.

I would like to talk about the main points that I noticed when working with this mower. These are not disadvantages, just such a specificity of hers:1) wet grass does not reach the container and clogs at the transition to it.2) if the knives are sharp, then the lawn mower copes with all the grass very well, however, at the very highest level of mowing, it simply squeezes the grass under it rather than cutting it down.3) she needs gas very good. Even better than my car, which I constantly laugh at.4) I like the launch, it is very easy and fast. No way to dance around the device, everything is ok.5) the wheels work well, especially with the drive. I just have time to run after her.
I still have an old MTD brand lawnmower, which is powered by a Honda engine. She’s probably 10 years old for sure. In her years, she was a much higher class than Viking now. And the most interesting thing is that it still works fine, there are no problems with it, there is also a launch so old with all sorts of sticks and strings. For all the time I worked with it, I just cleaned the candles and the exhaust system, and gasoline poured of very different qualities: from bad to good. Viking behaves like an expensive car that needs a lot, but it gives very little. In principle, at such a price, I expected something like that)
