My commentsMowers FS 120 at work. Very reliable piece. The engine is powerful. Excellent anti-vibration system. The rubber buffers reduce the transmission of vibrations from the engine and the rotating element. There is almost no vibration on the handle, so the work is comfortable and fatigue-free. When cleaning large areas this is very important. It’s interesting that the carburetor of the grasshopper has a compensator, that prevents a too high mixture if the air filter gets dirty. That way the engine power remains constant over a long period of time. A great, professional lawnmower. I can recommend it.

CommentaryBought the FS 120 to work at home. I have a big yard, so I need a serious trimmer for the grass. Only positive impressions of the Grasshopper. Very powerful, copes with almost any kind of grass. Many different sawing headsets, so to speak for all occasions. But I used a line and a cutting blade with two blades, it’s enough for me. I once left fuel mixture in the tank for the winter, in the spring it does not start well. Service said there was dirt in the carburetor. Now I take the mower more carefully.

Grass mower is richly equipped: comfortable twin shoulder strap, effective anti-vibration system, multifunctional handle, electronic ignition system, manual fuel pump. All this makes your STIHL brushcutter easy to handle and highly efficient. I would like to say a few words about the quality of the Grasshopper, that is “German” at its best. All clearances are straight, like “along the line”, very good.

Commentary I was a bit hesitant to choose between the gasoline or electric mower. But an electric mower requires a good power strip, which is problematic, and I have therefore decided in favor of the STIHL FS 120 petrol-powered model. My commentsI bought the STIHL FS 120 after reading a lot of positive reviews on the internet. From my experience, I can also leave a positive review. The grass brushcutter is not heavy at all, only 6.1 kg, and with the shoulder straps it doesn’t weigh a thing. It has a very handy T-handle and a straight boom. The design is comfortable and does not tire during work. I can mow a big enough area in one sitting. Economical fuel consumption.
The quality of the mower is the high end all-rounder, even the thin trees are easy to handle, and it is easy to operate.

I’m glad that I took his advice and now mowing large areas of grass and not only grass is fast, comfortable and easy. The brushcutter has all controls on the multifunctional handle, making it easy to operate. It has a hand pump so I can pump fuel to the carburettor with one finger press. And thanks to the reliable anti-vibration system, there is no feeling of fatigue in the hands even when working for long periods of time.

CommentsWhen I bought the cottage, it was so overgrown with weeds that it would be impossible to mow grass and bushes without a brushcutter. That’s when I bought the STIHL FS 120. I liked its technical specifications. In fact, the lawnmower is really great for the farm. Then I mowed 10 acres of grass, dry shrubs and even thin brushwood from trees in just a couple of days. My hands are not tired at all while working with it, probably because the scythe can be comfortably fixed on the shoulders, due to the dual shoulder straps with soft pads.
