Jono Johno offers a 12-month warranty on all products. Warranty period is 12 months for the home user and 6 months for commercial use.

Exactly what is covered by warranty will depend on 2 things:
Minor faults caused by user. Parts will be supplied for repair at user expense.

Minor faults caused by manufacturer. Parts will be supplied for repair, with instructions provided by us on how to carry out repair. If the repair is time consuming in nature, you can contact Jono Johno to discuss labour cost compensation.
Major faults caused by manufacturer. Jono Johno will facilitate a return of the product for refund or replacement at our expense. Or if you’d prefer (at our discretion and in consultation with you), we can send appropriate parts and compensate labour costs if you can carry out the repair yourself.
Major faults caused by user. Where possible parts will be supplied at user expense. Where the item cannot be repaired by the user, Jono Johno will offer to have the item returned for repair at user expense. Our workshop rate is 60 per hour.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT IF IT’S COVERED BY WARRANTY?
If you’re in reasonable driving distance of a Jono and Johno outlet, you can physically return the product yourself. Please contact us in advance to arrange a return authority.
If you are not within reasonable driving distance, Jono Johno will provide you with a return authority and an address to return the product to. Where Jono Johno is at fault a postage-paid return label will be provided.
If your product is out of warranty and is buggered, even though you’ve hardly used it, give us a call or shoot us an email. If there is a manufacturer fault or the item should have lasted a lot longer than it has, we’re happy to assess it outside of the warranty period. We do this on a case-by-case basis.

Honda research and development, combined with feedback from HRX users, have driven new advancements for this innovative upgrade. Today’s HRX Series is designed to deliver an ultimately user-friendly platform, which provides the most satisfying lawn mowing experience yet.
Beginning with the power plant, the HRX Series are the first Honda mowers to incorporate an all-new GCV200 engine, the most powerful lawnmower engine available in the Honda range, delivering a power (HP) increase of almost 12%, compared to the GCV190 it replaces.
A 10% increase in torque was important in the case of a walk-behind lawnmower such as the HRX, as the size of the engine and its torque capabilities relate directly to the ability of the machine to tackle tough jobs and produce a clean, even cut. As the engine is responsible for generating the torque power on a lawn mower, more torque means more force is delivered to the blades, which results in easier and faster cutting—especially in heavy, thick grass where stalling is more prevalent. In addition to delivering more torque, the Honda GCV200 weighs, on average, 6% less than the GCV190. A brand new Brake Blade clutch (with 14% more capacity) has been designed to cope with the increased power. Honda’s Blade Brake system safely stops the blades from spinning, allowing users to step away from the mower and keep it running in order to move items out of the way, empty the bag, or take a break, all without having to switch the engine off.
The new engine is more streamlined and more compact than other engines in the same class. The design of the Honda GCV200 also features the CycloFlow design, which strengthens turbulence in the cylinder and provides more stable combustion. The result is greater resistance to lower quality fuel and ease of starting, along with a smoother idle.
The design of the new Honda GCV200 is Smart, simple and sophisticated, incorporating new features that serve to reduce maintenance time while improving serviceability for the redesigned Honda HRX mower models. GCV200 engine change points that enhance the HRX user experience include a larger fuel tank filler (a fuel spout with a 60 percent larger circumference than the GCV190 engine) for quicker and easier fill-ups with fewer spills. A longer, more extended oil fill tube for more convenience when adding and draining oil; a more easily-accessible, tool-less air filter that protects the engine from yard debris and dirty conditions; more direct access to spark plugs for quicker changes and a carburettor with a simpler and more rugged stud bolt design.
The HRX217 will run powerfully and quietly, with minimal fuel consumption – good for you and good for the environment.
The Honda Auto Choke System (ACS) on the new GCV200 engine allows for dependable starts, regardless of hot or cold weather conditions. This automatic, user-friendly system eliminates the need for levers and cables and once the engine is running, the ACS automatically adjusts to the optimal operating position.

Ordered a Pro100 chipper, an absolute beast chips wet branches on a melaleuca tree up to 100mm no problem at all, what use to take me a full day with the old electric chipper took less than an hour with this. Order was sent to local TNT depot, bit of an effort to get it out the trailer at home 234kg but got there in the end. Service from Kingston mowers for ordering and customer service was A.

I researched and found that Masport have supply problems and can only supply a 190cc engine to its dealers and instead only have a 161cc engine yet for for the same money!Thanks to my research I found B.W. Machinery whom have the Masport with the 190cc engine, under AL191 part number, and the several dealings I experienced with Ryan who answered all my concerns and confirmed things such as identical engine and nationwide warranty for me not only verbally, but in writing.I ordered on Saturday, and I received the unit on Tuesday! Super fast delivery although its around 7-10 days normally.Took the machine out of the box, filled with oil and petrol, put catcher together and what a beast this AL191 is! It roars.
